bought it so I won’t have to go back home and get my M18 circular saw. I need it to cut down some doors after the carpet guys at put them in and they were rubbing on the new carpet. Thought I would give it a try that’s that’s perfect returning doors. love the compact size and how quiet it is would have given five stars if the battery would have lasted a little longer was only able to make it through three solid oak doors with the 2.0 battery. I was hoping to get through 5 doors but it is what it is. great clean cut and when the battery was charged it went through fantastic I think I’m the last door It was kinda fighting at was pretty drained and was going slow

I use this mighty saw to cut through lots of 2x4s and plywood. Strong enough for the job all day long. I love how compact it is. I don’t have to lug around a full sized saw, this one fits great in my bag with other M12 tools. Love it, highly recommend it.

For a 12 V, the saw it’s pretty good. If you don’t want to buy another battery system it’s worth buying the saw for sure, but it’s definitely under powered and certainly not a good choice for the job site. With that in mind, it’s a compact 12V circular saw that has its niche and your average fix it projects for the average home owner this will do it.

I use this on maintenance jobs in the field and at home when I don’t want to drag the corded saw out. I have used it to cut down doors to fit, cut trim work and cut through 1 inch of flooring between my kitchen and dining room (as seen in my pictures next to my daughter’s curious cat). I am using the new M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion XC Extended Capacity 6.0Ah Battery Pack to power my saw through the toughest flooring and when I was done, I did not use up 1 red light of power. I am sold and a true believer forever on the M12 Fuel series line of brushless power tools. Thanks Milwaukee for these light weight and easy grip tools.

Haven’t gotten to use on a job just yet. I purchased to use around the house. I am a DIY person and love this saw so far. I have only tested it out. The blade it comes with isn’t bad but definitely went out and got some other ones for different applications (Diablo blades online). Tested it out and it rips like butter baby. Love this thing. Looking for stuff to cut!!!

I use this saw for all those occasions when light weight and/or a gentle cut is wanted. Overhead trimming is a great use. It is not a high powered corded saw. Quite the opposite and I reach for it first these days. Nicely balanced and has enough power for its blade size. I wish it came with a rip guide.

This is a handy saw for quick cuts in tight places or when a larger saw is too heavy. I found the guides to be in an awkward place and hid the blade at times. The measuring marks on the front of the guide plate are handy. I wish my larger saw had them. I also wish I had bought a battery with a longer life.
