I used this immediately upon delivery and it was able to complete a repair of a chemical cabinet in a matter of 40 min whereas using the manual rivet gun, I was tired of it after only 10 min. The rivets made a cleaner break using the powered rivet gun. I love it and I have a lot of other projects I intend to use this on.

although I have seen a few negative reviews of this riveter, I am optimistic that this tool is built to last. I took the head off and was surprised to see the thickness of the material, and the quality of the machined parts. time will tell if it is up to the task of lasting 10,000 rivets, but so far so good. another great tool from Milwaukee.

Using 1/4 long rivets works good but 1″ rivets takes two bites and tilt back to swallow the stem. Very good tool, bigger and heavier than I expected but way better and easier than doing them by hand. I don’t think I will ever wear it out, it seems to be built really solid.
