The M12 FUEL Cordless Brushless 3/8 in. Stubby Impact Wrench is the industries most compact impact wrench on the market place. Measuring only 4.8 in. The Milwaukee M12 FUEL SURGE 1/4 in. Hex Hydraulic Driver is the industry’s first 12-Volt hydraulic impact driver. Featuring the FLUID-DRIVE Hydraulic Powertrain, the hydraulic impact will allow users to experience operation up to 2X quieter with less vibration for smoother and faster driving speeds compared to standard impacts. The compact size of the tool and battery provides users with unmatched access in tight spaces and allows for easy transport on a tool belt and easy fitting into a job site tool bag. Also includes two M12 3.0 Ah batteries.

This little guy blew me away when I was performing a brake job yesterday. It made easy work on the tires and brakes. I was concerned at first as it is 3/8 in. anvil but it was more than powerful enough for the lug nuts. If anyone is making a roadside kit I highly recommend this and Milwaukee’s tire inflator. This impact is great for small tire services and under the hood work with its small form factor.

The FUEL 3/8 stubby impact pack a big punch in a small, compact size. Perfect for tasks in the automotive field to driving lag bolts and beyond. The only draw back is that the girth of the handle, but this is the case with all of the other 12v power tools as well.
