Perfect for automotive work. Better than snap on and matco comparable impacts combined.

This tool has some good power. The settings are nice for what you are working on. I used it on a differential replacement on a Tahoe. One battery did the job.

This impact wrench is extremely short and fits in very tight spaces. I have been impressed with the amount of torque this produces.

Well balanced, good torque!

Coon trucking raved of power, but it wouldn’t do several different sedan wheels I tried it on. Nice for fenders and such, if it does a control arm with sweat running down its face, I’ll just use something bigger. For the lite stuff, really nice.

I was really impressed by the Torque this little impact has , I figured a good test would be to try to remove the lugnuts on my Chevy Colorado , they torque at 100 ft lbs , I set it on the lowest setting (1) ,and since it is 3/8″ drive , I put on my 3/8″ to 1/2″ adaptor to be able to use my lug socket , then tried it to see how far up I would have to go on the 4 settings before it broke them loose … first try on setting 1 , and the lugnut spun right off after just a few ratchet clicks that Impacts do , I then reinstalled the same lugnut I just removed , on the same setting , then took my 1/2″ drive digital torque wrench (also from Home Depot , as are my tool boxes) and set the wrench at 100 ft lbs , it moved about 2 inches (2″ at the end of the handle) , then beeped , I checked , and it was at 100 ft lbs ….. , that was on the lowest setting !! ……..That is impressive for such a small Impact and that is with the standard M12 battery , the same battery I use for my M12 Dremel and 1/4 inch M12 Impact …. so far , these little M12 tools from Milwaukee have surpassed what I have with my Craftsman 19.2 volt set , and I am making the Milwaukee M12 lineup my go to from now on , I am really impressed …….. I use the 1/4 M12 Impact on my dirtbike , for my regular maintenance , and even it is really impressive with the torque it has … it is better than my Snap On 1/4″ Impact , but back to this 3/8″ drive M12 “Stubby” Impact , is a lot of tool in a small light package , that is what is really impressive , is it is so small , but so powerful …. 10/10 is my rating …..

Only used a bit remove and disassemble a hydrostatic lawn tractor trans, but worked great. Nice and compact compared to my Milwaukee 18v high torque impact. Happy so far.
