I have “tennis elbow” that promotes a lot of discomfort down the length of my right arm (right-handed). When it was time for me to change the front two tires of my pickup truck I wanted to find a tool that was portable and lightweight, that could reduce the amount of arm movement as much as possible. I looked online at the multitude of other brands and this one seemed to be favored amongst the vast majority. I know that Milwaukee makes great tools that will only break your wallet once so I made the $200.00 investment (battery and charger not included). When unpackaged, I noticed that it had what appeared to be grease oozing out from the clutch housing. Once charged up I immediately put it to work. I wouldn’t use it for breaking lugs but it definitely saved me a lot of time and strain in my arm loosening them. So far I have used it on a truck, car, SUV, and a boat. As far as longevity goes it’s too soon to know. Highly recommended.

The reverse switch is awkward to get to. It would be nice if the price were a bit lower…

The stubby performs well, it can tighten bolts super tight on setting 3 but can’t seem to take many bolts off. I’ve had trouble taking caliper bracket bolts off with this one.

I was hesitent on purchasing only for personal reasons but i pulled the trigger and bought them. I will say i am highly impressed as this is my first powered ratchet. It was a little heavy at first but I just had to get use to it and you dont notice the weight once you start using it. I just used this on unbolting factory fenders on an older dodge ram and it had no issues. I think a total of 45 bolts i unscrewed and it still had half a battery on its first charge cycle. The impact wrench does its job well. I was skeptical about the size compared to its torque rating but it handles itself very well. it does come with a nice bag, one 2.0 mah and one 4.0 mah battery with a charger also. I will be adding the extended ratchet to my arsonal as well.

Came quickly, being a mechanic & not having cordless type tools, I thought I would give these a try since they were on special. Power is ok, would be nice if the ratchet had adjustable speed? Impact has a little adjusting. Would be nice if had more lasting batteries with kit, but I know you can buy higher power ones. So far they are working well. I would buy again. Waiting to see how they will hold up? I like the 5 year warranty. I like the compactness of the impact wrench. Ratchet head is a little large to get in tighter places. Both seem to function as specs say for torque, not high torque but useable.

I love the compact size most of all. Gets into tight spaces which is always the case when using one of these. Unbelievable power for a 12 volt tool of this size. The torque settings is a little confusing, not sure of what the difference is between them. I don’t know if it changes the speed or the torque.
