Love this impact!!!! It’s small and packs a punch!!! Not sure if I would agree with the 240ftlb torque but I would say 125-150ftlb is more realistic, removing bolts with a 90-100ftlb torque with no problem, seamed to have to work a bit to knock off a 130ftlb nut but that’s really all I need it for, if I needed it for a 200ftlb nut I would buy an m18 not m12…. but I’m vary impressed and love this tool!

Just amazing, honestly, it’s an amazing impact wrench, wow! This little wrench is so powerful and useful words can’t describe it. It’s so easy to move around an engine and to put into small places, I don’t know how I ever existed without it, honestly, it’s such a fantastic wrench!I purchased the 1/2 inch impact wrench because I wanted the maximum power in this small a design. It’s got some weight to it, but I don’t believe that it’s something that’s not manageable. It’s definitely not the weight of a full bore impact drill, not even close! I have a larger corded Milwaukee Impact drill and it’s 5 times as heavy as the stubby. There are a ton of stubby tests that people have done on Youtube. The one that impressed me the most is a user did an extensive test to see how close the Stubby’s power is to what Milwaukee says it is. Long story short, the 1/2 inch stubby did better than was expected. It’s rated to 250 foot pounds, in the test the user had no issue what so every doing up to 260 foot pounds! When I saw that I was sold! I immediately went out and purchased one, and love it!

I am generally very please with my Milwaukee tools. This tool is perfectly fine if know what you are buying it for and if it will fill a specific need. For me, I think my typical M18 impact can do almost anything this tool can do and soo much more. Pros:1) Very compact so it will fit into tight spaces2) uses the same batteries as the rest of the tools in the M12 system3) 2 batteries and charger are includedCons:1) This is set up for 1/2″ sockets instead of 3/8″. Too me, this is an epic fail. This tool does not have adequate power to matched up with larger sockets. It would do much better on smaller socket. You can still connect this to the smaller sockets, but you need an adapter. When you add the adapter, then you can’t get into the tight spaces. I STRONGLY think this should have 3/8″ male end.2) At 250 ft lbs……..there isn’t a large amount of torque power. In the end, I would much rather use my M18 impact with a socket adapter end. It ends up being a much more versatile tool.

This impact gun is a beast, it spins off the lug but on my ram 3500. Has a little trouble but for a small impact gun it’s really powerful. Will definitely recommend.
