The M12 FUEL Cordless Brushless 1/2 in. Stubby Impact Wrench is the industries most compact impact wrench on the market place. Measuring only 4.9 in. in length, this tool fits in tighter spaces, making users more productive. Increased torque delivers an industry leading 250 ft.-lbs. of breakaway torque, removing even the most stubborn bolts and fasteners. 4-Mode Drive Control, will allow unmatched control in various fastening applications. 1-3 RPM allows for precision control, and Auto-Shut Off Mode in the 4th setting will prevent over fastening of bolts while doing reassembly work.

He gets into tight places and gives me the strength I was looking for plus more. There’s just not enough words to say how great this product works. Love this impact!!!! It’s small and packs a punch!!! Not sure if I would agree with the 240ftlb torque but I would say 125-150ftlb is more realistic, removing bolts with a 90-100ftlb torque with no problem, seamed to have to work a bit to knock off a 130ftlb nut but that’s really all I need it for, if I needed it for a 200ftlb nut I would buy an m18 not m12…. but I’m vary impressed and love this tool!

This compact impact wrench is awesome. Breaks loose Ford F250 HD truck lugs with little effort using a M12 6.0 amp battery. Battery life lasts the full day working in the Shop. Vibration against your wrist/ forearm is tolerable (not painful). Battery recharges within 30 to 40 minutes. Wasn’t sold in-store but it should be!! If Milwaukee can keep this impact wrench’s dimensions with 400 ft. lbs. breakaway torque they’ll conquer the market.

I am generally very please with my Milwaukee tools. This tool is perfectly fine if know what you are buying it for and if it will fill a specific need. For me, I think my typical M18 impact can do almost anything this tool can do and soo much more. Pros:1) Very compact so it will fit into tight spaces2) uses the same batteries as the rest of the tools in the M12 system3) 2 batteries and charger are includedCons:1) This is set up for 1/2″ sockets instead of 3/8″. Too me, this is an epic fail. This tool does not have adequate power to matched up with larger sockets. It would do much better on smaller socket. You can still connect this to the smaller sockets, but you need an adapter. When you add the adapter, then you can’t get into the tight spaces. I STRONGLY think this should have 3/8″ male end.2) At 250 ft lbs……..there isn’t a large amount of torque power.In the end, I would much rather use my M18 impact with a socket adapter end. It ends up being a much more versatile tool.
