Kit complete with a 12/18V charger, two lithium ion high capacity batteries, and very nice carrying case that is oversized and will fit more tools. Batteries fit many different 18V/Fuel Milwaukee tools, and have a built in power gauge. Cutting head angle is easily adjusted by a quick release button located at the top of the head, and head can be rotated 360 degrees. Variable speed, this tools cuts through metal with ease! Cuts are clean, and the adjustable head make it very versatile. I used it to cut metal studs, sheet metal good, and metal roofing, and it sliced through them like butter. Leaves a smooth edge as compared to the often ragged, bent, and sharp edges you get with hand snips. Good for straight or angle cuts. This tool is extremely well made and feels good in your hand, and is very easy to control. Batteries provide plenty of power and are long lasting. If you cut a decent amount of metal on a routine basis – this is the tool for you! Five year warranty on the tool and three on the batteries. A bit pricey but worth it, as the batteries fit many other tools adding to the overall value.

Milwaukee has got an absolutely awesome line of cordless shears here. I have used them for cutting fascia metal and flashing and I just am amazed how much easier it is for the long cuts. I still use hand snips for the intricate spots and gutters but those long cuts are absolutely much easier relieving cramped hands at the end of the day. I even tinker on the weekends with some body work and they make good work of sheet metal for rust repair patches and so forth. The 18v battery lasts quite a while as well so with this kit you can bet you are good to go out of the box…and with the head adjustment to swivel for lefty or righty and just comfort to cut it’s that much better. Don’t hesitate if you do lots of sheet work, they will have you hand less cramped at the end of a long day.
