There is a grey/clear plastic sleeve that slides over the sander receiver on one side and the other part of the sleeve connects to vacuum fitting. The amount of stress placed on this flimsey sleeve is fairly significant when the vacuum hose is added. Very poor design to say the least. Anyway it split on both sides in a matter of seconds of use. Hand to improvise with 100 mile an hour duct tape. Looked everywhere for a replacement but nowhere to be found. I really like and enjoy my Milwaukee tools and i have bunch. This has been the only one so far that i have found to be cheaply built.

Sander works great, it is a little bulky and heavy with a 5ah battery compared to an electric, have had the dust collector fall off a couple times, but other wise work good

A Beast thats just a little power hungry..Got this for a special project involving OSB..Found out I needed 9ah batteries to keep the fun going..Hook-Loop paper requires a pry bar to get off the pad..””Just The Way I Like It””..Hooked up my 6hp shop vac and had…0….dust..Tooolmaaaster is very happy..!B.K. I have been looking for a really good orbital sander. Overall, this is a great sander. It is very well balanced and the vibration is not bad at all. Even after 30 minutes, my hand is not numb like other sanders. The only con, well not really a con I guess since just about every sander is the same is that it drains the battery pretty quickly. I have 1.5 amp batteries and it last between 20-30 mins. I would probably recommend 3 or 5 amp battery if you are sanding a lot of wood.Overall, I am very satisfied with this sander and would definitely recommend it.
