The 2667-22 M18 Cordless 2-Speed 1/4 in. Hex Right Angle Impact Driver offers users maximum access, and ultimate speed and control over their hard to reach fastening applications. Its 1.7 in. head profile fits where pistol-grip impact drivers cannot, and its extended paddle switch allows tradesmen to operate their tool from multiple grip points. My buddy has the earlier version (M12) and not only does it have a built in ratcheting mechanism,which is helpful, it’s smaller and lighter, which means it’s easier to handle. I have already standard-ized on the M18 system, so this new ratchet is useful, but a bit heavy. It will save me time.

It’s a great tool to have. There’s a rubber piece that goes on the 90 but that comes off instantly and they are all like that. I’m not sure what the purpose of it is for, but if it was intended for that to stay on they need to glue it on or something because it comes right off.

This is a great tool to have on the job. The M18 has more than enough power to drive 3″ screws in tight spaces. I have also used it to drive 3″ Tapcons in very cramped corners. I would highly recommend this to any carpenter, plumber or electrician.

This is the first review I have provided on any of the more then 15 m18 tools I have so bear with me on this. This tool has quickly become a favorite for working around tight spaces, specifically cabinets, when a regular impact driver or drill is too cumbersome. The performance is excellent and does as it should (spec wise) under normal use. The only thing that bothers me about this tool is the rubber grommet piece that surrounds the ring near the chuck. This has fallen off under very normal use multiple times and is an annoyance when your focusing on finish work. I would recommend this tool but hope Milwaukee retools where the rubber piece is or provides a tighter fit to prevent it from coming off.

As always with Milwaukee products, it is heavy duty and works great. Even though is states that it is an impact driver, I did not realize it until I used it. Making fastening in those hard to reach areas a breeze.

I honestly can’t tell the difference between this and Milwaukee’s brushless impact drivers; I assume it’s essentially a longevity issue, as I can’t imagine this driver not being able to tackle anything — but it’s such a monster, I’ll use it only when needed in tight spaces, so longevity shouldn’t be an issue either.Reading the dimensions doesn’t do this justice; it’s ergonomic for what it is, no issues with the trigger nor location; it’s just monstrously huge, reassuringly huge, but isn’t as ergonomic as a pistol grip, a tradeoff for its versatility. Your knuckles stick out further than the head, but it’s so long that likely won’t be a problem.The impact function kicked in only on one genuinely stuck nut; both the 12v and this got the same jobs done but this seems more sensitive — in a good way; the 12v likes to impact just about always.If you’re ready to buy another M-18 fuel cell, drop the extra few bucks and get this kit.
