Amazing product , and save a lot of time

The tool is a little weak. This wrench has a good feel and charges up pretty good, but unless the fastener is new or clean, it doesn’t really do a good job tightening completely. I have to use a conventional ratchet to snug the bolt down. It is a time saver when there are a lot of fasteners.

The purchase was nice and smooth and came in early.

Although heavy its versatile

The M18 ratchet offers far better power and speed then the M12 while still retaining the ability to access tight spaces. Would definitely recommend this product.

I own both the m18 3/8 right angle ,and the m12 fuel ratchet. I was excited to get the ratchet, i got it first, it is a good tool but a rough ride, im not a fan of the paddle switch and the head jams after only a few uses, this right angle is more powerfull and a whole lot smoother, u may not have the ratcheting action but your not missing anything with the fuel ratchet and this tool is more powerfull the right angle may be longer but its also slimmer so it gets into most tight spaces much better. i wish i would of bought this right angle first instead. If you are trying to decide between the rachet and right angle pick the right angle

I ordered this tool to be able to reach some difficult bolts on my shock absorbers. This tool worked perfectly and enabled me to loosen these hard to get at bolts. I own several other Milwaukee tools and they always meet or exceed my expectations!

I thought it would have a little more power but it didn’t it needs to be just a little bit stronger so I can take at work not more than 20 more than 45 pounds off if the part what if the gun was a little bit cheaper I would recommend it to more people now than 3/8 drive impact gun I definitely recommend it that’s got way more power than the angle ratchet

worked just as expected, just right for some awkward positions.

Great for its intended uses! This hand-sized, (non-fuel) tool is great for limited space, one-handed applications where you don’t need a high-torque impact…this great tool is NOT intended for bus or tractor lug-nuts, highway sign fasteners, street light base plates or bridge bolts, etc. I use this with 2.0 AH compact battery for assembling cruiser bicycles and installing/removing trailer hitch anti-rattle clamps. In carpentry, it has also been useful for deck subframe assembly where corners converge and a larger impact simply won’t fit. It easily zips in GRK, HeadLOK and LedgerLOK structural fasteners and is much faster than the hand ratchet/socket method. This specialty tool won’t replace the 2767 or 2867 in terms of sheer power and torque, but for the many places those 8 to 13 pound brutes simply won’t fit, and for small to mid-size fasteners, THIS lightweight 3/8 right angle impact will speed up the job and breeze through most tasks easily.

My expectations far exceeded actual performance…that being said I am not well versed in mechanics
