The MILWAUKEE® M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ 6 Ton Knockout Tool Kit reduces the tedious steps of hole making, improving user speed and limiting user fatigue. This knockout punch tool is specifically designed to be the ideal mild steel punching tool. It is powerful enough to punch up to 4” holes in 14 gauge mild steel. It is also 40% lighter weight than other 6T knockouts available. The electrical knockout tool has a compact, right angle design that gives users the best clearance in tight spaces. The Quick Connect Alignment System provides users with easy set-up without the weight of the tool and speeds up repetitive punching. The tool is compatible with all Milwaukee EXACT™ punches and dies. This is one of the most complete knockout sets I have seen. Most sets up to 4″ do not include the 3-½” conduit size.The Milwaukee M18 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Force Logic 6T Knockout Tool ½ in. to 4 in. Kit includes everything you need to begin creating the required knockouts for your project. It includes one battery and charger, but will accept all larger M18 batteries as well.The 6-ton kit can knockout hot;es up to the 6″ size as well.The knockout driver has a quick release that backs off the pin after the hole is created.A must for professional electricians and plumbers alike.This is a great kit.

Amazing. This is why I like Milwaukee tools and have been using them since the 70’s. Easy to change out the knockout cutter. When using the larger knockout’s the tool gets a bit heavy, but once you start using the tool and it’s doing the cutting it is easy to handle. They come in the standard plastic cases. One for the tool and smaller knockouts and a separate one for the larger knockouts. It has plenty of power right to the end of the battery charge. Has the standard battery and charger that can be swapped with other Milwaukee tools. Still just amazed at how this tool works so well.

this tool is the best knockout ever. worth every penny and then some. I just used it to knockout over 20 holes ranging from 2 inch to 1 inch and its fast and doesn’t even bog down any. A hydraulic one will cost you just as much or more but the Milwaukee one is so much better and easier. great tool

OVERALL: Quick connect makes setup easy. Cutters are fast and accurate. Holes are perfect with little or no burrs to remove. Comes with all major sizes of cutters. Makes pulling safe with cover.CONNECT: Quick connect ball and socket makes setup easy. Setup cutter and putter on hole, then just attach the knockout device to the ball and pull the trigger.CUTTING. Dual cutting points cut through normal metal box with in seconds. Nice design snaps the cutout piece in half neatly so they don’t get stuck in the puller.SAFETY: The cover over the puller keeps your hands safe from the tons of force produces while doing knockouts. Your hands are well free of any moving parts (and metal shrapnel) while cutting.

This set of knockout cutters and tool is quite the all encompassing metal hole tool. Its cutters go up to 4 inch holes. It has a fast cutter adapter to make cutting many holes quicker, and then the normal mandrels for the largest holes and standard cutting. The sizes of the predrilled holes you must cut are from 3/8 inch to 1 1/8 inch (for the largest sized holes – to 4 inches). It cuts quickly and easily through most sheet metal. I presently have only used it for a 2 inch hole in aluminum gauge 8 or 9, and the tool did not even know the metal was there. It sliced through that metal in seconds and left a very clean and even cut. Surprisingly the cut metal was not as sharp edged as I thought it might be after the cut, so that was yet another pleasant surprise. I have yet to use it on sheet steel, but I have no doubts that it will slice easily through any metals it is advertised to work on. I also happen to have other M18 tools and it is nice that the batteries are all interchangeable. It comes with a moderately small amp hour battery, and since I had other M18 tools, I could put my other batteries on this tool without issues for continuous production type work. Nice quality tool and I highly recommend it to those who need metal working cutter tools.

This is a professional knockout tool that most people wouldn’t have a use for. But for those who do, it’s a good quality tool for cutting those knockouts for conduit. 6 tons of force and sizes from 1/2 inch to 2 inch are included. A good grip handle with a work light built in. The quick connect system is good and the redlithium battery pack is strong.

I’ve installed a lot of commercial metal cabinets over the years and have used hole saws to running conduit, cables, or anything else into or through it, but they always leave a sharp edge that I have to file or sand. No more with this tools, I just drill my pilot hole then pick the appropriate die/punch and assemble. Pull the trigger and it will pull the punch into the die. This gives me a very clean hole, unlike the hole saw. It’s easy to set up. At this price it’s not for most people but if you do a lot of holes and want a professional look this is the tool.

Having the old Milwaukee 10 ton model for the last couple of years, I was delighted to try out their latest 6T M18 force logic 6T knockout tool quick connect alignment and I am not disappointed.The tool is40 percent lighter and more compact than the older model and the cross hairs on the punch and die make for a very accurate cut. The tool itself is rugged and made with true precision. With only 3 pieces to connect, it makes for a faster and safe procedure. Each cutter and die has been clearly marked with large numbers which indicate the size. So far I have only used the 2 inch and 4 inch thirty five times cutting through ¾ inch mild steel cabinets. plus the 2 inch for a couple of piece of stainless steel, but in every case, the cut is flawless with no sharp edges to deal with. After the 35 knockouts, the cutter is as good as new with no sign of any stress. A slow steady pressure is only necessary to successfully cut through. Because the tool has been redesigned there are no requirements to hold the tool when setting up the punch and dies as the tool connects onto the cutter and once positioned, give a quick twist and you’re ready to operate using the trigger and the cut out piece stays in the cutter and is easily removed. The hard carry cases are the perfect addition to this kit. It comes with a charger and one M18 2.0 battery. Photos show me testing the tools performance on 1 !/4 inch scrap steelSo is it worth the cost? AbsolutelyAs with all Milwaukee tools, it has a 5 Year Tool & 2 Year Battery Warranty.
