The M18 Force Logic 600 MCM Crimper is the Most Accurate Way to Crimp producing cULus classified crimps according to the UL 486A-B classification standards for #8 – 600 MCM Cu and #8-350 MCM Dual Rated and nbsp; Anderson, Blackburn(R), Burndy, Ilsco, Panduit, Penn-Union and Thomas and Betts Connectors. Utilizing Milwaukee U Style Dies that feature vivid wire size markings, industry standard color markings and imprint wire size onto the connector after crimp completion, Commercial Electricians benefit from its ease of use and easy inspection. And nbsp; A New Jaw Design Holds the Connector for Instant Alignment and Predictive Force Monitoring (PFM) ensures proper pressure is reached on every crimp. And nbsp; PFM actively measures pressure and automatically modifies all performance levels of the system allowing the high speed hydraulic pump to power through the beginning of a cycle and land at precisely the right pressure, protecting internal components and nbsp; to complete the crimp. The result, Milwaukee crimpers are the most accurate, fastest and most durable crimpers in the world. When I had need of a decent crimper M18 force logic crimper small & large guage wireing. Nice solid feel and smart tracking of history with Milwaukee app. A good study on perpetration for electrical job in march of 2017 I found out that 3rd party dies are not compatable with the jaw drops on this crimper. The m18 Comes with a diy chart for dies and wire types. The jaw is heavy duty to address many job applications. And a convenient hydrolic release on the side. A great tool for linemen and DIY inventors. And my rehabbing of my rv 5theel to recreate the 300 amp 12 volt system and many more

From all the research I’ve done this Milwaukee Force Logic tool is the most advanced commercial crimper currently available anywhere in the industry. Paired with a full set of fifteen U style dies there’s no crimp job this tool can’t handle. The die set is available from Home Depot, model number 49-16-KITC. These proprietary dies imprint the clamps with the die rating. In addition to all the benefits of the Predictive Force Monitoring (PFM) system it also allows you to track a tool that’s gone missing. LO-JACK for your expensive tools, I love it. Major features, not listed above, include a 2.9 sec crimp speed, balanced center grip for easy one-hand operation, Active Pressure Control System, built-in reporting and tool diagnostics and a full crimp pressure indicator. Milwaukee warranties the tool for 5 years and the batteries for 2 years.

Makes fast, accurate and consistent one-handed crimps. Kit includes tool, 2 batteries and a charger. I have it paired with the Milwaukee #8 – 600 MCM copper die kit, model 49-16-KITC, also available on the site here. The onboard electronics of the unit monitor all aspects of the crimping process, allowing for pretty much effortless high-quality crimps. You get the green light, you know you’ve got a quality crimp. Well-integrated with the One-Key system, data on each and every crimp is accessible.
