The Milwaukee M18 FORCE LOGIC 600 MCM Al Crimper Kit with 750 MCM Expanded Jaw is the Most Accurate Way to crimp. The cable crimper produces cULus classified crimps according to the UL 486A-B classification standards for #8 – 750 MCM Copper and Dual Rated Anderson, Blackburn Burndy, Ilsco, Panduit, Penn-Union and Thomas and Betts Connectors. The aluminum crimper uses Milwaukee U Style Dies that feature vivid wire size markings and industry-standard color markings. The crimper dies also imprint wire size onto the connector after crimp completion. The crimper is made for commercial electricians and is designed to provide users with ease of use and easy inspection. The crimper jaw design holds the connector for instant alignment while Predictive Force Monitoring (PFM) allows users to reach proper pressure on every crimp. PFM actively measures pressure and automatically modifies all performance levels of the system. The aluminum crimper feature a fully enclosed high-speed hydraulic pump, POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, REDLINK Electronics, and REDLITHIUM Batteries providing users with Ultimate Reliability in the toughest conditions and up to 4X longer life. In addition to the crimper, crimping jaw, and aluminum crimping dies, the kit includes 2-M18 REDLITHIUM CP 2.0 battery packs, an M18 and M12 Multi-Voltage Charger, and a carrying case.

Since my first purchase of a Milwaukee tool, a rotary sander, I’ve been a fan of their products. This Crimper Kit is a fairly new offering by Milwaukee and is offered in a 750A and 750C version. You can find details of each on the Milwaukeetool web site. Both are for professional electricians. The version I’m reviewing in the 750A. The kit is extensive and includes the parts you’ve already read in the description. My comments are though Milwaukee tools are a bit expensive they are worth the money.

The Milwaukee Force Logic 600 MCM crimper kit with 750 MCM expanded jaw makes crimping electrical cable with lugs or splices a snap. The kit comes with a complete die package(16 total dies) and installing them in the jaw is a easy and secure. The crimping force is 6 tons. The unit only weighs 4.65 pounds w/o battery and the grip is comfortable and easy to handle. I like how the jaw holds the connector, which allows me to use my other hand to feed the wire. It comes with a 600mcm and a 750mcm jaw and they’re easy to change out. The wireless app is great for tracking and managing this premium crimper. I love the M18 lithium-ion batteries (2). I definitely recommend this Milwaukee crimper kit for the electrical professional for it’s quality, functionality and performance.

I’m very impressed with the Milwaukee M18 2679-750A Force Logic electricians crimper kit for it’s great Milwaukee quality and it’s unique features. It came with two batteries, 16 dies, charger and case and two jaws for accommodating small to large crimping jobs. The grip is comfortable and the die/head holds the coupling or connector while you are inserting the wire–allowing a nice crimp just using our two hands. I definitely recommend it for the commercial electrician or craftsman needing to make crimps on their electrical install.
