the product is great. i have a friend that has one and it works awesome. plenty of power. the problem is not with the tool. it is with home depot. they have a one day sale for this tool and is out of stock the hole day. and i checked at 5 am and i checked at 11 pm. the very next day when is not on sale anymore is available again. and again i check at 5 am. and this happens with a lot of the good deals on the good tools they have on the deal of the day.

This tool is great when paired with Milwaukee hole saws. The top handle and typical handle pair well to stabilize the bit. No more binding and wrist snapping. Typical high quality we expect from Milwaukee. Also the shorter clearance needed comes in handy often. Highly recommend!
