We are electrical contractors and have used Milwaukee tools for years, we have several corded drills and have had fantastic service from them. We needed a battery right angle drill so the M18 was the obvious choice. We are very pleased with the power and the battery life, couldn’t be happier.

I’m a plumber who has been using Milwaukee tools for 46 yrs all corded,I have been replacing them all with batterie powerd ones ,this new holehawg is my favorite it’s very well built and user friendly and I can rough in a whole house on one charge .It has plenty of power and I get a lot of compliments from other trades who are seeing it in action.

So far I’m liking this little drill. I picked it up to replace my corded hole hawg and now I’m wondering why I waited so long to get it.

I used the drill to install the plumbing and electrical in a house I was building for my self. It performed well and did everything asked of it.

I use it in remodeling, drilling for electric and plumbing rough ins. Drill barrels thru 2X4’s even triple thick like a knife thru butter. Also no twisting your wrist off!

Using the M18 Hole Hawg to build raised-bed gardens for a Veteran’s park garden. Regular drills really struggle drilling 3/8″ x 9″ pilot holes through two fresh, wet, treated 4″x6″ timbers- changed to the Hole Hawg and it’s a breeze! It doesn’t overheat or strain the motor and it has cut down the assembly time on each unit considerably. The handles, length and unstoppable power mean no kickback, binding or bogging! It’s unbeatable and will easily handle the 1,000 or so holes on the project where a regular drill simply couldn’t.

Love this drill! Wish it had a little more power to handle a 2” bit better.

Electrical contractor we use this every day and all day. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking!

The image of the worker drilling through the studs with im guessing a 5/8-7/8” auger bit is prefect to describe how i use this tool. It can bind and go into something like an over torque protection mode. The drill will not try in fwd or rev. regardless of battery charge. Had to back out bit with a wrench and use corded hawg to get that hole. Great tool! Just know what it won’t do.

I cut up to 40 4”,5”, and 6” holes a day through floor joists and after recking drill after drill this was a breath of fresh air! No kick back easy to use and lots of power only downside is the weight holding it about your head can be tiring. It’s like 16lbs with a 6” bit and battery.
