Use the rotohammer all the time as an electrician to support conduit and boxes on cement and brick. It drills the hole fast and the vacuum does a great job leaving very little dust behind. Only problem I’ve had is just a break-in issue, it’s a little stiff getting it to go into the hammer setting, but if you pull the trigger and turn the dial it goes to the hammer setting no problem.

This SDS is an absolute beast. I use it to chip and drill through concrete, mortar and stone. Very easy to use and comfortable. My only gripe is the depth gauge. When drilling softer material it still travels each time it hits the surface, because it doesn’t lock in place very well. Overall I can’t imagine using a better tool than this. Thanks Milwaukee!

Awesome hammer drill. Use it in reinforced concrete all the time. Just drilled a 3/4″ hole through an 18″ wall. Took a few minutes but was an old bit and on top of a ladder. Not having a cord to get tangled up or dragging through everything is a huge huge plus. I use this with the 12 AH battery and don’t have any problems with it draining the battery.
