Having drilled a few hundred holes in various grades of concrete I can say overall I’m happy with its performance. That being said when put to work once the head gets good and hot it will start to slip and will almost instantly stick whatever size drill bit you happen to be running. I’ve spoken with ACME and they are more than willing to swap it out and see if this one is just temperamental. As a chipping hammer goes it is excellent. I’ve not used better in its size.

we had a corded rotary hammer that was about to burn out. This thing eats concrete waaay better than that old one did when it was new.

It works really good it has a very good punch as a chipping hammer and I’m definitely recommend it

For any holes 1″ or bigger. I also have the advantage of it being an SDS Plus.

So far works good, sometimes the hammer is engaged but the rotary is not ( takes a second or 2 to start spinning)

Drills holes like a champ. It’s a little heavy for alot of overhead work. There’s a big difference between this and my 18 volt Hilti. Just wish it had some kind of clip or hook on it, so I could hang it off a ladder.

I love not having to rely on a power source when out a job site, and this makes anyone’s job on a construction site that much easier!!

This drill made quick work of the plaster I was trying to remove. I very happy that I made this purchase

This is great for drilling holes of course but it works well for demo too. When buying I compared all the brands. This tool stood out for a few reasons. It has the most impact energy and a full vibration control system. This allowed me to get work done quickly while saving my joints from vibration. With having the extra blow energy for its size you can get in close for detail tile demo while not having a cord get in the way. If you have a couple good sized high output batteries and a quick charger you will not run out of power cycling batteries. overall I think this is a great addition for lighter work demo and drilling anchor holes while keeping your hands protected so they work in your later years. On a side note, I ran a large demo hammer with no vibration control and wore the Milwaukee demo gloves. These gloves really helped with vibration too. I was the only one without cramped hands on the crew.

I use this regularly to drill through concrete or block walls and it does the job every time!

I mount inch and five eighths strut 14 inches from final floor and drill holes in the concrete and it’s so smooth.

We use this tool in a food plant and the cordless feature alone is huge. We have no cords to clean and sanitize as we move from area to area. We use the tool primarily for setting anchors in precast concrete. The tool has more than adequate power and using the 5.0 ahr batteries we get more than sufficient run time.

Used the drill with a 3/4″ hilti bit and 5AH battery. No problem blowing through solid concrete multiple times. Light enough to use above head on a 6′ ladder.

This is an awesome tool. I used it to drill holes in concrete for anchors. It acts like a hammer drill on steroids! Very fast, and the vibration damping system works great! I have also used it as a light jackhammer to remove concrete as well. Absolutely fantastic!

This hammer drill is awesome It puts my others to shame and they are 110 volt plug in

So far I’ve mainly used it to drill “drip-in anchor” holes in ceilings! And it DEFINITELY works it’s wonder!

works great!

The drill works great for holes 1/8″ up to 3/4″ and about 10″ deep. Batteries last longer than expected and drill has the power to get the job done. Good for small to medium size jobs.
