I bought this tool with a chisel bit to chip up tile and mortar from an old floor before laying fresh tile. Paired with a proper battery it made quick work out of the 400 sq. ft. job and was much lighter than my heavier corded hammer, which was nice working in an awkward position on the floor. Have since drilled a few holes to drive rebar into concrete, no issues there. For best results don’t bother with a standard XC battery, spring for the 9.0 HD or 12.0 HO if you don’t have a couple already.
