I purchased this Hackzall to assist in removing three overgrown bushes. I love this tool and am impressed with its power. The Hackzall and provided blade were able to cut through thick branches and roots (in dirt) with ease. I also used this tool to cut away the root ball to make it easier to see where the roots were located underneath. The online kit was much better deal than the option sold in the store (cheaper and includes a saw blade perfect for pruning). Shipping was fast and pickup at my local store was easy. I love this tool and Milwaukee tools in general.

I am a committed Milwaukee tool guy but when this mini sawzall came out…wow! As a plumber I used this saw and pushed it until I thought it would crap out on me. However, to my surprise it just kept on going. it cut any size copper I put to it without bogging down. it never quit. I sold my 120v sawzall cause my little one just worked so well. Don’t hesitate to get one. You won’t be sorry…

If there’s one electric saw to own for DIY/household projects, this is it. Very versatile, lightweight, and easy to use- it’s a beast! In the few days of owning it, I’ve cut 2×4’s, nails, and thick steel framing (for an awning), all without any hiccups. Be sure to buy quality blades to go with it. On a side note, the tool bag is much bigger than I thought and had enough space to fit my jigsaw in as well.
