Milwaukee has always been an a manufacturer of excellent quality tools. unfortunately they’re customer service over the course of this last year has been sub par to say the least. I have tried on a least occasions to email a representative, or rather have one email me back, regarding issues of getting warranty information or information about product purchasing. so if you get a Milwaukee tool, you will be purchasing excellence, but take care of it because you might not get help if it breaks.

When my Dewalt reciprocating saw broke I looked around for a quality replacement and found it in the Milwaukee saw. I’m impressed with the strength of the saw and the duration of the battery. Based on this one tool I believe I’ll migrate to Milwaukee power tools from now on. I ordered extra batteries and found that two 18v Milwaukee batteries will outlast three Dewalt batteries.
