Designed to perform in the toughest applications the M18 FUEL SUPER SAWZALL combines Milwaukee’s legendary performance and durability with the portability of the M18 platform. The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor Provides 3,000 SPM and higher speeds under load for corded cutting performance. REDLINK PLUS intelligence ensures maximum performance and protection from overload, overheating and over discharge. The M18 Redlithium High output HD12.0 battery delivers unmatched run-time in all applications. The 1-1/4 in. stroke length removes more material with each stroke and selectable On/Off Orbital action provides aggressive cuts in wood and smooth cuts in metal. Variable speed trigger and 5 speed dial provide maximum speed control for any application. The QUIK-LOK blade clamp allows for tool less blade changes and a rafter hook provides a convenient way to store the saw between cuts.

Saw was easy to assemble and fast to get the battery charged. The instructions were a bit daunting, so I enlisted my tool-savvy brother in its debut run. Worked like a charm to cut up deadwood branches from a large fallen cedar tree, using wood cutting blades he had (saw comes with only a metal cutting blade). It is quite heavy – you need two hands. I will limit its use to 15 minutes or so at a time to prevent back strain.

Wow. Been using Dewalt 18 volt tools for years. Broke down and bought this. Why have I not done it sooner? Pair it with a Diablo carbide blade, and you can slice the world in two.

It may sound ridiculous to say it’s overly powerful, but that is exactly what this tool is. Tool is able to cut anything fast and precise, with great run times on a 6HD battery.As for the overly powerful. If you hit something with the end of the blade, you will mangle the blade.This tool is heavy and strong, it is not forgiving and the weak is the blades.Ya I know you can bend them back, but then they are forever weak.Great saw!
