The Milwaukee M18 FUEL brushless cordless circular saw was designed for carpenters, remodelers and general contractors that rely on durable and dependable tools. This rechargeable battery powered circular saw delivers the same power and cuts faster than a 15 Amp corded saw, delivers up to 750 cuts per charge. The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor was purposely built for the M18 FUEL 7-1/4 in. Circular Saw to provide the power and performance of a 15 Amp corded circular saw. Built-in REDLINK PLUS Intelligence ensures optimal tool performance and provides overload protection to prevent damage to the tool and battery during heavy applications while still maintaining compatibility across the entire M18 System. The Milwaukee M18 FUEL Compact Router combines power, speed and accurate depth adjustments to deliver clean accurate cuts in a variety of materials and applications. The M18 FUEL Brushless Cordless D-Handle jigsaw combines power, blade speed and precision, to provide the highest quality cuts in a wide variety of materials.

On my very first blade change the (plastic) thumb depress to lock the saw bent and locked into the blade. Had to take the saw apart on the job site and remove the spring and thumb depress. Was expecting much higher quality than that, seems an obvious failure point.

My Husband and I have bought a number of Milwaukee M18 tools over the last couple years (Impact Driver, Skil, Hammer drill, Orbit Sander, Drill bit set, and a couple batteries. Also a M12 Compact Inflator kit). These tools are for me to use when he’s not around. Have loved the quality. My Christmas present, the M18 Jigsaw and 15″ Packout bag, came without the blade and the shoe cover won’t stay on the front left side (looks like defect in clip size to hold in place). We are Disappointed I can’t try it out. My rating is based on my previous Milwaukee use.

Only made a few cuts so far, but it is nice and heavy and cuts pretty true out of box. Vision is real tight around the blade which makes you have to lean out to view your blade and cut line – minor, just little more difficult than my 20+ yr. old Bosch barrel grip ( gold standard as far as im concerned)
