This saw is amazing. I wish I bought it sooner. It is more accurate than my 12″ sliding saw. The light that shows where the blade is going to cut is on point. Every other saw I have ever had the light was about 1/16″ to 1/8″ off. With the slide feature I was able to cut 8″ risers at 45 degrees with accuracy. The dust collection is great.

Has been working great, mostly cutting 1×4 and 1×6 lumber with it, no issues at all. Cut a little bit of door trim with it as well, no problem. The pin you pull on to get it out of the locked position for the up/down motion could use a much easier to grab handle, otherwise great saw when on sale!

I used to have the dewalt battery chop saw and I’m glad I made the switch. The M18 platform is just better simply put longer battery life and being able to bevel both ways is on the Milwaukee makes it’s better and worth every penny.

I loved the low weight and compactness of this saw. Great for cutting small trim pieces, but it seemed underpowered when cutting 45 degree bevels on 1″ x 8″ poplar boards. I’m going to purchase a 10 inch Delta Cruzer miter saw instead.

Had really high hopes for this saw but all of the overenginered safety features made it impossible to use so returned it

Great little saw, excellent dust collection. Realky nice to not have to lug around the 12” saw for small trim work. My only negatives are that it’s been hard to find a really good 7 1/4 inch blade that doesn’t flex when cuttting hardwood Most blades now are really thin and seem to wander easily.

This saw is very easy to use, light weight and very well made. Much easier to manipulate than my 12” corded saw that probably won’t be used much!

it was thegood but just too small for me

It’s a great little saw, fits perfectly on the shelf in my trailer and light enough to carry upstairs. My only gripe is it’s a bit pricey for a small saw but with Milwaukee u get what u pay for

Fantastic piece of equipment, my only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner. Has replaced my 10” Fuel sliding compound miter saw for about 90% of my handyman work.
