The mounting hardware was not correct for the saw and I expected everything to be correct since it was made for this saw. The tension lock receptacles for the sliding sections had to be tapped due to a burr in the threads. I was a little disappointed with the quality but I always like to use the same brand stand as the tool. I would go with a different brand if I had to purchase another.

I didn’t know what to expect, but when I finally got it, I was surprised! It’s the real deal. I feel official. For a non mechanical piece of equipment Milwaukee did its thing. Nothing but quality. Now I can get off the ground and make some real cuts. Trust me when I say this stand is heavy duty and all quality. It’s pricey, but it should outlast several miter saws.

Quality is not as good as I expected

The stand is good. It serves for general use, and is much more convenient than using a table or the floor. The stops are not precise, especially if bumped by heavy boards. Im disappointed, however, that the advertised carrying strap was NOT included. That should be fixed in the description

Assembly instructions and assembly design could be better.I wish you could extend the stop plate on at least one of the arms to make consistently sized cuts.I wish it had some handles to carry assembled unit instead of only when broken down. I have to give Milwaukee 5 stars anyway.

Its great. Great job site companion for the Milwaukee 7 1/4” miter saw (small but accurate and awesome).

Gave 4 stars because I haven’t worked with the saw long enough. Have noticed some vibration in the blade. I have tried several other blades ie. manufacturers & teeth count. All in all a sweet little saw. May come back later and update my review.

Very nice trim saw, it’s designed specifically for mounding and does a great job. Tight miters, cuts clean, no head deflection, etc…… overall, well designed by Milwaukee. In my opinion, this is a tough, well built portable saw. Excellent for cabinet installers like me.

This thing is heavy duty. Weighs a decent amount, but that’s a good thing. Instructions were not provided, which could be an issue for some folks. It’s a straight forward setup for the most part. The long board holder extending arms were a little tricky to assemble, but not awful. The leg lock mechanism is really nice. The clamps that attach to the miter saw base were also a tad tricky, but with some adjustment they’ll be good to go. Very happy with this purchase.
