With modern batteries larger cordless tools like Miter Saws and Table Saws are now game changing, especially for DIY/Hobbyists without dedicated shops. I find it very convenient to just grab a battery put it in and get cutting, and being able to take it anywhere inside or outside the house without dealing with cords. With a larger battery like 9 or 12AH you can get a lot of cuts on this saw, but even with a smaller battery you can get plenty for small projects. I’ve cut everything from Wenge (a very dense hardwood) to pine (a soft wood) with no trouble.

I slowly started to change all my tools to cordless. All Milwaukee brand I should say. So, I’ve been using this Milwaukee cordless miter saw for little over half a year now. I love the fact that it is cordless and I have to say it does carry enough power to do all my wood working jobs. Only negative thing I have to say about this product is that the lock mechanism that locks the saw from going back and forward tend to lock itself time to time and it could get little annoying. Other than that, this machine is awesome.

Great pear but the original table saw blade failed after 3 cuts. Bent and warped. With new blade it prongs great as well as the chop saw

Cuts well but the saw dust intake does not work well, dust flys all over the place. Wish there was an adaptor to add to it for better saw dust collection.

Very impressed with the design and power in this compact table saw. Done a couple projects with this saw and I am very happy with the results. Milwaukee hit it out of the park with this one.

Love the M18 platform, has allowed me to cut cost on battery platform while buying a high quality tool. Miter saw is very easy to use and feels well built compared to a lot of corded saws I have run in the past.

I’ve have been wanting to buy this for a couple of years now. Finally got it and the table saw. All it took was for me to be unemployed and covid 19 for me to get what I dearly wanted. Thanks Home Depot and Milwaukee Tool for the buy more save more sale. Ps I’m still unemployed and I’m still buying Milwaukee Tool. A week ago I put my pre order in for the 30 degree Framing nailer and today I put in for the 21 degree framing nailer.

First impression: this table saw was designed by a woodworker. From the time you turn it on until you complete your project, every operation is intuitive, fluid and easy. Every action is set up with safety in mind. Very impressive compared to all the other brands. Only negative is my 6amp battery was depleted too fast. Upgraded to generic 9amp and no problem since.

Great little saw. I like the cordless capability. Its a very small table, so it’ll be very difficult to get precise cuts, especially it You are doing it by yourself.

i have had this saw for a few months now and no complaints except one. my neighbor and i were truing the blade and the fence to blade alignment was fine. The blade to table alignment however, was a little more complicated. in the owners manual on page 11, “Squaring the blade to the table” step 6, says to use a T25 wrench to adjust the bevel setting. This is inaccurate as this is adjusted with an Allen wrench, not a T-25. naturally, the adjustment screw stripped out and i had to call SAWDUST. they kindly sent me a replacement and when it arrived it was part # 44-60-0026 shown on the bag as well as in the Service Parts List. So they sent me out a replacement part, assuring it would be the correct one after describing it. Sure enough, the same part was sent a second time. Again, i contacted support and spoke with someone who took the time to actually look into the problem, understand how the part worked, and made sure i would receive the right part this time. the next day i get a call from the same person. the part listed in the Parts Service List is part # 45-04-0026. close enough to make a mistake. (I even sent her pictures of the part i got from them, and the part i needed replaced – Included in post) so now i am waiting for the actual Detent Mount Adjustment Screw replacement. Additionally if you purchase this saw, make sure you DO NOT use a T25 wrench to adjust the blade to table bevel. Double check the screw itself to make sure it is an Allen screw. i was told that this specific part is 45-04-0025 listed in the Milwaukee Tool parts price list as “SCREW ADJUSTMENT” whereas 45-04-0026, shown in the Parts List is listed as “DETENT MOUNT ADJUSTMENT SCREW”(These are not the same parts) Part 44-60-0026 (the one i received twice is listed as “CHOP STOP PIVOT PIN” Neither of these are detailed in the owners manual and you have to pull the Service Parts List PDF from Milwaukee’s website because home depot has the wrong item listed as the owners manual on their site. In case anyone runs across this same problem when making a blade adjustment, i thought i would post this up here. otherwise it a great saw with great cutting finishes, the battery outlasts the jobs i use it for, cleanup and storage is a breeze with my new French Cleat system i used it on. i can actually hang it up by the Kickstand, or the black loop hook in the back and it wont fall off the wall. ***NOTE FOR MILWAUKEE: 1. You need to update your Operators manual to indicate the correct type and size wrench for this adjustment screw. (Page 11, bullet point 6.) 2. Service Parts List PDF to show the correct part number listed for this item (45-04-0025) 3. Either include with the saw or make available for purchase, Part #61-10-0415 and 61-10-0410 so that the tool can be properly calibrated and adjusted per your instructions in the Operators Manual.

Love this saw works flawlessly. Take a couple minutes to square everything up when you first get it and your good to go. I’ve ran on a 5amp battery and a 12 amp and works just as good with both. Of course the 12a lasts longer but that’s to be expected.

It’s hard to believe that this saw has the power it has from 18 volt system. Milwaukee has done it again.
