The shadow line is great. The slide works very smooth and of course not plugging in to an outlet or generator an tripping over the cord is the best.

This sawnis the stuff I dream about it is extremely easy to use and the 9.0 battery never runs out it seems like after 400 or so cuts its ready to be charged but who makes 400 cuts in a day

I have had the unit about 30 days. Used it to finish a chicken coop project. Wished I had it when I started, my cuts would have been more accurate. The set-up was easy. However it was missing the 4 bolts that hold the handles on. I contacted Milwaukee and they were on back order so I was able to source them at the local hardware store for a couple bucks. The miter adjustment is easy and intuitive. The bevel adjustment degree indicator is difficult to read in low light and so small it hard to tell what number you have it on. Also the adjustment process is a bit cumbersome. I was skeptical about the power of the saw being it is battery operated. However after having used it, I am a real believer in how this Milwaukee M18 unit works. Its great! It does everything I expect it to.

Very Accurate ! Precision LED cut line. Love this medium sized 10″miter saw. Best part is its cordless and still has a lot of power to cut through any type of wood !

This baby loves cutting wood I’ve been able to cut 12” shelf boards with this thing and fine trim cuts as well as rough lumber for framing the 8amp works good on this but 9 or 12 is best. Not very heavy and easy to carry around it’s got a lot of nice features. I got the table saw too and I’m super impressed with both tools I was a little worried about buying cordless but I’m really happy I did now.

I bought this for framing and siding. It’s absolutely amazing how many cuts you get on a battery. I get a blower with 8.0 battery as well to make sure I would have a spare, but I’ve never needed it. I run this thing for several hours and then charge overnight. It has no trouble with 2×12 lumber. It also has one of the easiest adjusting miter and bevel mechanisms I’ve used. Highly recommend!!

This saw is A-MAZING I cut over 120 pieces of pine shiplap and molding. The battery was still more than halfway charged! I researched this saw the Milwaukee 12” and the dewalt 12” dual bevel sliding compound mitre saw. I took a chance with the Milwaukee and I was not disappointed! It cuts amazing (I did use a diablo blade on it) the shadow light takes a minute to get used to but other than that i have no complaints. Very happy with the purchase I wanted to get the Milwaukee table saw as well but they only make the 8 1/2” so I went with the dewalt 10” also fantastic

Great saw. Light weight, cuts straight right out of the box, and lasts a long time on my 8.0 HO battery.

This saw is very accurate. The tilt lock is great. I have this set up on a stand and it’s my on-site go to saw. I really like the quick and smooth action in moving to alternate angles. Been using this saw for 3 years now and it’s tough.

Tool was near perfect out of the box. There was approx. 1degree offset on the bevel check. Instructions could be better at doing the alignment to get this to perfect. Saw is heavier than I thought it would be. I guess I was use to my 10″ chop saw. As usual the biggest complaint is the dust collection. I didn’t do a lot of cuts but what little makes it into the bag has and will always be a problem with this saw design. It appears the 12″ is better design but I don’t need a 12″ saw.
