I’ve had this saw for 2 years now. Great for rough cuts and some trim. I noticed right away that, when cutting casing, I had to push cut the right 45s or I would get a slight concave the the cut, but on the left I had to chop cut or the angle would be off. I adjusted and did some nice work. 6 months ago, I noticed my 0 deg was off. (About of a 1/2 degree) adjusted it and 3 months later, it was creeping out again already. Also, for some reason, the slides get sticky (not physically) while doing a job. I haven’t figured how to cure that. Pretty annoying when you are trying to trim a micro degree off of something and have to force the head to slide for you. With a 9ah, you can cut all day on 1 battery while doing standard trim sizes. Seriously considering something else at this point and using the for framing.

I was thoroughly impressed with this saw. I was skeptical at first as these saws are fairly new.The battery lasted for two full days of cutting trim and 1×6 boards. The motor did not seem to lag at all or bog down. All in all I would definitely recommend this saw to anyone doing any kind of woodworking especially contractors that are tired of cords and compressors.

I’m a contractor. I don’t really think its that special. If you need cordless than its good. Its a little heavy as all 10″ miters are. I would diffidently recommend installing the handles that come with it as they make a world of difference when you have to carry this hunk of metal. The thing I like about it the most is that its highly accurate over others saws. I LOVE THAT ABOUT IT. accurate. But its way better than other saws. The light marker works good. I wish they made a plug adapter.
