Great cutting power, excellent battery life. The Riving knife, anti-kickpack guard are good quality; the miter guage is held back by the plastic table surface and t-track; it would have been nice if this saw had aluminum inserts in the track, but I was able to get enough precision for my purposes. Battery powered or not, this is a heavy-duty, well constructed piece of equipment, so while it is portable, it is not lightweight. The guard stows nicely so you can fold this away into a pretty compact package.I am impressed with the battery life, though it might be nice to have Two 6AH batteries rather than a single 12AH battery in the box just so newcomers to the Milwaukee system like me could charge two batteries at once, but if you’re already in the system, that won’t be an issue. The battery is HUGE.I purchased the stand associated with this. It’s… ok. It’s sturdy enough, but all it does is fold flat; it doesn’t have wheels and the “extendable legs” would take an awful lot of effort to collapse, since they’re held in place by a very tight bolt-and-nut, so i’d advise looking for a different frame if you’ll be lugging this one around a lot.Included blade cuts fantastically, but don’t use it for finished work. The bright red paint on it has a habit of coming off and marking the wood you’ve been cutting. It sands off with some effort, but I thought it deserved a mention.I love the geared fence, the carefully considered stowage for most of the accessories (the anti-kickback guard is too large to stow inside the saw, but everything else is in there), including the push rod. All in all, this gets a strong recommendation from me, especially for the price point. Good work Milwaukee.

I was looking for a new portable table saw to replace my stolen, corded DeWalt, and found there was almost nothing available, including the DeWalt. Getting desperate, I reluctantly took the plunge and grabbed the last of these at my local Home Depot. I’m so glad I did. Apart from the performance quality, which is impressive, the real beauty of this saw is the attention to detail in its design and engineering. I’ve always just thrown away the blade guard in my saws because they get in the way, but Milwaukee makes mounting the guard so easy and gives you a stand-alone riving knife. A huge win in my view. And they give you intelligent storage for all the extras, even the miter gauge. I took deep breath before shelling out six bills for this, but have zero regrets.

Bought the Milwaukee m18 table saw because I wanted portability and be able to still cut half a sheet of plywood. It’s exceeded expectations both in capacity, battery life and portability

Love the saw it works Great has plenty of power to cut through 2-1/4” boards my only complaint would be that the fence feels a bit light duty but it works well so they I’m sure are trying to keep the overall weight down which it is a nice light saw So we will see how it holds up long term

This table saw serves me well. I have two 3 AH Hi output batteries and do not have to wait for a battery to charge for work. Some things could be improved: 1- the Mitre gauge is lightly made and does not lock down tightly; 2- the fence mount could be redesigned to enable rotating it flat and using it as a table extension to support longer pieces; 3- the dust outlet does not mate up to my Home Depot portable shop vac hoses, even with Home Depot adapters…

First impression: this table saw was designed by a woodworker. From the time you turn it on until you complete your project, every operation is intuitive, fluid and easy. Every action is set up with safety in mind. Very impressive compared to all the other brands. Only negative is my 6amp battery was depleted too fast. Upgraded to generic 9amp and no problem since.

Table saw is the beast around, perfect cuts, very quiet and stops on a dime when shutting down the blade. The fence moves very easily and the battery lasts longer than expected.

This saw blew my expectations. Milwaukee has done it again! The accessories, rip fence, combined with the portability make this an amazing addition to a carpenter’s collection. Price is higher than some A/C models, but you are truly getting the best value here. Absolutely 100% Satisfied!
