I was in need of a table saw and heard good things about this one so I gave it a shot. Man I’m glad I did. Could not believe the power this had for a table saw that runs off a battery. We cut sheet after sheet of 3/4 plywood and it didn’t skip a beat. A few times all I had was a 5.0 battery on the truck and it worked fine even with that even though we only had a few cuts for that job. The one I bought came with the 8.0. Changing the blade is nice and easy and the fence works good too. It’s nice not having to worry about finding outlets and tripping over cords. This is truly a portable solution for us. I don’t use the one key but it’s cool I guess to have it. After using this and seeing how well it worked when I seen other tools they claim can run good off a battery that ordinarily wouldn’t I now have no reason to doubt that they wouldn’t.

I held off on buying a table saw for a long time because I always could cut a straight line with a circular saw. Does well ripping and crosscutting soft standard material. Ripping 3/4 Oak and Maple eats batteries. Ripping 2x and 5/4 pressure treated eats batteries. Have to internet order blades as quality cutting difficult with box store 40 tooth blades. Overall it is generally functional if you have 4 or more 12 AH batteries.

Love the saw it works Great has plenty of power to cut through 2-1/4” boards my only complaint would be that the fence feels a bit light duty but it works well so they I’m sure are trying to keep the overall weight down which it is a nice light saw So we will see how it holds up long term
