The M18 FUEL Brushless Cordless D-Handle Jig Saw combines power, blade speed and precision, to provide the highest quality cuts in a wide variety of materials. The M18 FUEL D-Handle Jig saw leverages the POWERSTATE Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS Intelligence to provide higher blade speed than corded jig saws at 3500 strokes per minute for clean controlled cuts with minimized chipping or bucking. Leveraging the M18 REDLITHIUM XC 5.0 Ah battery the M18 FUEL D-Handle Jig Saw provides up to 105 lin. ft. of cutting in laminated particle board, delivering all day productivity with less trips to the charger. The saw features tool-less blade change, tool free bevel adjust with detents at 0, 15, 30, and 45 as well as an LED light and on/off blower to keep the cut line visible while cutting.

Easy to use, and great product just as described. If you’re a beginner, youtube videos are your best friend to get started. Recommend trying out this product first before moving on to the circular saw. Battery life is also great, but remember! Battery & blades are sold separately

My Husband and I have bought a number of Milwaukee M18 tools over the last couple years (Impact Driver, Skil, Hammer drill, Orbit Sander, Drill bit set, and a couple batteries. Also a M12 Compact Inflator kit). These tools are for me to use when he’s not around. Have loved the quality. My Christmas present, the M18 Jigsaw and 15″ Packout bag, came without the blade and the shoe cover won’t stay on the front left side (looks like defect in clip size to hold in place). We are Disappointed I can’t try it out. My rating is based on my previous Milwaukee use.

Everything is great about the jigsaw, it’s very smooth and cuts easily. It comes with a clear cover to keep the chips contained, and a guide that hugs around the blade itself. My only complaint is that the cover obscures the blade and your sight line as soon as it get dust on it even with the led light so you have to rely on the guide, which is fine, but a small learning curve versus other saws. Highly recommended.
