The M18 Brushless Cordless FUEL D-Handle Jig Saw combines power, blade speed and precision, to provide the highest quality cuts in a wide variety of materials. The M18 FUEL D-Handle Jig saw leverages the POWERSTATE Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS Intelligence to provide higher blade speed than corded jig saws at 3500 strokes per minute for clean controlled cuts with minimized chipping or bucking. Leveraging the M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery the M18 FUEL D-Handle Jig Saw provides up to 105 linear feet of cutting in laminated particle board, delivering all day productivity with less trips to the charger. The saw features tool-less blade change, tool free bevel adjust with detents at 0; 15; 30; and 45 as well as an LED light and on/off blower to keep the cut line visible while cutting.

My Husband and I have bought a number of Milwaukee M18 tools over the last couple years (Impact Driver, Skil, Hammer drill, Orbit Sander, Drill bit set, and a couple batteries. Also a M12 Compact Inflator kit). These tools are for me to use when he’s not around. Have loved the quality. My Christmas present, the M18 Jigsaw and 15″ Packout bag, came without the blade and the shoe cover won’t stay on the front left side (looks like defect in clip size to hold in place). We are Disappointed I can’t try it out. My rating is based on my previous Milwaukee use.

The tool is ok, but it did not come with a blade as shown. Customer service for Milwaukee pretty much doesn’t exist. I bought Bosh t blades myself since they never responded to my inquiry.

Only made a few cuts so far, but it is nice and heavy and cuts pretty true out of box. Vision is real tight around the blade which makes you have to lean out to view your blade and cut line – minor, just little more difficult than my 20+ yr. old Bosch barrel grip ( gold standard as far as im concerned)
