The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 30° Framing Nailer Kit sets the new standard for cordless framing nailers. By leveraging a nitrogen spring mechanism, POWERSTATE brushless motor, and REDLINK Intelligence, this nailer provides users with pneumatic performance and the convenience and freedom of cordless power. Delivering the power to sink full round head nails into dense engineered lumbers, this framing nailer enables users to tackle even the most demanding framing applications. To keep users productive and efficient throughout the day, the framing gun fires 3 nails per second with zero ramp-up time, meaning a nail is fired as soon as the user pulls the trigger. Additionally, the cordless framing nailer operates using only Milwaukee’s REDLITHIUM Batteries and sealed compressed nitrogen to drive each nail, completely eliminating the cost of gas cartridges and maintenance associated with competitors’ nailers. The M18 FUEL 30° Framing Nailer delivers the pneumatic performance and durability that professional carpenters and remodelers expect, without the hassle of a compressor and hose or gas cartridge. The Milwaukee Performance Safety Glasses with Gaskets provide Advanced Protection with Ultimate Performance. The safety glasses feature a removeable gasket that protects the user’s eyes against debris. For added protection, the lenses are high-velocity impact tested providing users with military grade impact protection.

This framing nailer is great, used it to build a fence and it performed flawlessly! The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is the nail magazine, it just doesn’t hold enough nails to start. You get rolling in work and then you have to stop and reload! This nailer is designed for work, Milwaukee if you’re listening, start making this nailer and shipping it with the extended nail magazine already included, forget the small one that comes on it. Other than that, this is actually a five star tool.

Best cordless framing nailer out there. Only downside is it’s heavy.

Both nailers work great for framing on all job sites. Increased productivity! Glad to be away from air hoses.

love using this tool. Yes it is a little heavy, but in my opinion it beats pulling out a compressor and hose any day. #milwaukee4life

Bought it to frame my 24’ x 24’ garage I went through probably 500 nails on 1 battery with 2 bars still left on it. The Milwaukee 30 degree framing nailer Is a beast

This nail gun is extremely nice to use during construction projects. It fits between 16-inch center studs and joists with about ½ inch to spare. Great for those tight spaces where you cannot get a good swing of a hammer. Drives nails into many types of material and does not mar the surface like those checkered face hammers. Beneficial in cases where the wood is exposed like stairs, decks, or gazebos. The only con of the nail gun that I can think of, is the weight. It does seem heavy, but considering you do not have to haul around an air hose I think it is worth the weight. So many benefits outweigh the burden of picking up 10 pounds. I painted a few silver stripes on the nose to provide assistance in toe-nailing and critical nail placements. I did notice that when you are flush nailing and have the depth adjusted for that, the toe nails stick out about ¼” proud. The tool locks out when there are still 8 left in the magazine. I had 1 instance of a double-nail. I think it happened at the transition of one strip to the next. It was my first strip and I suppose I could have loaded it improperly, with the new strip below the one that was already in the magazine. This would explain how 2 nails got driven in one cycle. All in all, I really appreciate the accuracy and clean look of the fastening. No more hammer marks.

A little heavy but works well and doesn’t hold enough nails

Love it! It works better than the Dewalt 20v framing nailer. But it definitely is heavier.

Only things is it weights almost twice as much as the gas Paslode gun and the clip for the belt is hard to hook on your toolbelt because the nail holder sticks out more then the belt clip they should of had the rafter hook on other side and the belt clip where the rafter hook is other than that it’s great .
