The 2766 M18 FUEL High Torque Impact Wrench with Pin Detent provides a full corded replacement delivering 750 ft./lbs. of fastening torque and 1100 ft./lbs. of nut-busting torque. The industry’s most compact cordless High Torque Impact wrench at 8.1 in. L, this tool allows for more access in tight spaces. 4-Mode drive control with Bolt Removal mode gives users the most control over their fasteners. Bolt Removal mode gives the user more control when removing fasteners by slowing to 750 RPM once the fastener has been busted loose. This tool includes a Pin Detent anvil which provides superior socket retention. A premium rubber over mold material gives you ultimate comfort during prolonged use while lasting longer against corrosive materials.

Don’t bother trying the competition. These are beasts I am a mechanic for agricultural equipment and this tool rocks. Tightened a 2 1/4” nut on a hydrostatic pump that needs to be at 700 ft lbs. most of the time we use air gun and torque wrench to finish turning, used the cordless and barely had to turn with torque wrench it was already there!! Many other applications where this blows away the air impacts from many other companies. Must have tool for all professionals have had many other brands and to no avail it’s all red in the tool box now. Thanks Milwaukee for some excellent tools not just the impacts either!!

WOW! This is hands down the best cordless impact gun ive ever used. Infact it rivals high end air impact guns. No longer do I need to use breaker bars to break lose big bolts and nuts. This packs enough power to get all of these tough jobs done. The 5.0 batteries last me couple days of working on misc car repairs and once paired with a 9.0 battery it almost doubles that. This is my number one tool in my chest now when it comes to working on my cars!

Milwaukee makes another winner with this High torque Impact Wrench and it is worth every penny.It is tough and heavy and if not careful it will strip and break off every bolt it can find just like all the other torque wrenches out there.But unlike all the others this one can be adjusted to reduce the torque as well as the speed when removing bolts.It has a switch with three settings for torque and a fourth that once a bolt has broken loose it will reduce the speed for removal thus resulting in cooler bolts.It is made Milwaukee tough and is well designed.It comes with 2 18 volt fuel batteries a charger that also charges the 12 volt fuel batteries so no need for two chargers for both battery types,now you only need one. The sweet part is you no longer need to drag a airline around but have the same power and better versatility in your hand.

Outstanding light, This is a must buy for DIY and garages, No more air hoses to remove stubborn lug nuts, or rusted bolts, only issue is it has a hard time fitting in to smaller spaces sometimes. But I love this thing.So far this tool has been very effective in the field for replacing or tightening/loosening lug nuts. Changing blades on mowers etc This is what i needed in my business. Battery life is very good. I also use this for personal repairs on my cars. It’s taken off crank bolts, axle nuts, control arm bolts like it’s nothing. I can’t say how well, if at all, this impact will do on work that requires the use of either a 3/4″ or 1″ impact gun but for everyday passenger vehicles it’s almost overkill. This thing has the guts and the power to do it all.No wonder why it’s used by professionals1

Impact power with a battery? Well here it is another really cool tool. This impact driver is convenient and has the power to set or removeframing studs, even automotive wheels. Unit has excellent torque. (even though use a torque wrench for proper torque)Has a 1/2 inch square drive anvil with socket lock on, all LED control indicators for speed control and battery power. Comes with two batteries and charging unit in a heavy duty plastic case. Very strong 0-1750 Revolutions per minute or 0-2100 Inches per minute.Easy directional switching. Has a comfortable feel while operating. Very good and powerful tool… Hey, it’s a Milwaukee!

This wrench is extremely powerful with excellent fastening performance. It comes with a nice carrying case, two 18-volt partially charged batteries, a charger, and the impact wrench. Charges quickly and has nearly the same power as an air wrench. Wrench has a 5-year tool, 3-year battery warranty. Socket set sold separately. The LED light is great for working in tight/dark spots. This is the perfect tool for the pro. Right when you hold it, it feels impressively powerful. It looks really well made and selecting the torque modes is very straightforward. And, it delivers superbly. No nut seems rusty enough to prevent this impact torque wrench to unscrew it. Surely, it is heavy, but straight in line with the pneumatic ones with added freedom of movement. The tool works best with the Shockwave impact socket series from Milwaukee: surely those are expensive but if you can afford this super tool, you can most probably afford to buy those sockets. The driver comes with two proven M18 batteries which should keep you busy for long while. Finally, there is the expected LED which brighten nicely your working area. I highly recommend this item.

Another member of the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Tool line, this wrench will find application in automotive as well as construction trades. Packed in a convenient protective carrying case, along with a battery charger and two (2) M18 Fuel, Lithium XC 5 ampere-hour batteries, this tool will provide a claimed 750 pound-feet of torque for application and 1,100 pound-feet of torque for removal. By depressing the control switch, four different speed/impact modes can be selected (0-950 rpm/0-1150 ipm, 0-1500 rpm/0-2100 ipm, 0-1800 rpm/0-2400 ipm; and 0-1800 rpm/0-2400 ipm w/ Bolt Removal Mode). Bolt removal mode, when run in reverse, will automatically reduce the speed to 600 rpm after the nut or bolt has been broken loose. A selector is provided for “forward” or ‘reverse” with a middle position that locks the trigger., and an LED work light is incorporated that operates when the trigger or control switch is depressed. This tool uses a spring loaded pin to retain the socket which is in use (as opposed to a friction ring type). There are fans and foes of both styles, with the usual complaint about the pin type is that it is difficult to install and remove sockets until the tool has been well used. This issue is exacerbated with this tool due to the height that the pin’s taper begins, with respect to the square drive. When using sockets which had not been used prior to this, it was necessary to depress the pin with a narrow object in order to get the socket on and off. The “flats” on the drive are somewhat shorter than those on my pneumatic impact tool…and in one case, it was not possible to seat the square drive fully in the socket. (For some reason, the sister mdel that uses friction ring is rated at slower speeds and impacts). The batteries incorporate a fuel gauge (LED bars) to indicate state of charge and the brushless motor should not require any attention during its lifetime. Electronic “intelligent control” is provided to prevent damage from overload, should one overdo it. The tool weighs a little over 7 pounds, but is well balanced and comfortable to use. The tool would have gotten a fifth star if it weren’t for the excessive protuberance of the spring pin preventing easy installation and removal of sockets. Easy enough to remedy with some crocus cloth….but for this class of tool it should come out of the box like that. If you already have other M18 tools and need an impact wrench this is worth looking at.
