The M18 FUEL high torque impact wrench with friction ring eliminates the need to use a pneumatic tool by delivering 1,000 ft./lbs. of fastening torque and 1400 ft./lbs. of nut-busting torque. 4-Mode drive control with bolt removal mode gives users the most control over their fasteners. Bolt Removal mode gives the user more control when removing fasteners by slowing to 750 RPM once the fastener has been busted loose. The M18 FUEL 3-in-1 Backpack Vacuum brings unmatched performance, portability and versatility to jobsite cleanup. The portable backpack vacuum cleans up drywall dust, concrete dust, wood/metal shavings and other common jobsite debris quicker and more efficiently. An integrated quick release removable harness with an integrated canister hook to allow the user to wear, hang and carry the canister vacuum for ultimate cordless cleaning versatility on any jobsite. The included HEPA filter ensures optimal dust and microparticle collection. For added convenience, the bagless backpack vacuum cleaner empties debris at the click of a button. The M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 Battery Pack provides 50% more power and runs 50% cooler versus M18 REDLITHIUM XC battery packs. It delivers fade free power and runs substantially cooler through heavy applications, allowing tradesmen to push their cordless tools harder and longer. The REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC6.0 battery is fully compatible with 200 plus M18 solutions.

Wow, I don’t need to break out the air compressor anymore as this cordless M18 Fuel Impact not only handles lug nuts with ease, steering knuckles/wheel bearings using the OTC Hub Grappler or Astro Pneumatic Hub kit, lower ball joints, control arms bolts/nuts. So long air tools.

I use this impact wrench on plumbing flange fittings that need up to 90lbs of torque or more works like a champ and has not let me down yet and battery life was impressive for a 5.0 i was able to fasten over many hours with out loss of torque

I got this for working on my cars. I’ve used air impact wrenches working at my Dad’s shop for years, my own garage for working on my old cars. I decided to jump into the electric side of the impact wrenches and got this.Project 1 – remove anode in a 50 gal water heater. This anode was in the heater for 10 years. Using this impact it took me less than 10 seconds to break it free and remove avoiding stress on the tank and piping. Very impressive. Anyone needing a heavy duty high torque impact this is the real deal. I’m probably going to give up on my air compressor options and just use this from now on. The only downside I can see with this tool is the weight with the battery, it’s just under 10 pounds so it can be a bear if you had a lot of nuts to break free. For the few times you need it for a job, it shouldn’t be too much trouble.Bottom line, power, options on the base for different torque speeds, it’s a winner in my book. Technology sure has come a long way.

This thing has a lot of power, there isn’t a way around it. It has much more torque than anything that I have used it for, whether it be removing a bucket blade on a loader, or taking off the lugs on a loader. This is not the impact that you would want to use for rotating car tire lugs, however. It is pretty heavy because of the motor and the toughness of it, and it has so much power that if you are not careful, it can break your tire assembly. If you want one that would be great for taking off tires and rotating them, I would recommend the Milwaukee M12 stubby impact wrench or the new Milwaukee M18 compact impact wrench. This is a very powerful impact wrench, it should be able to do anything you throw at it, just don’t underestimate its power!
