The 2767 M18 FUEL high torque impact wrench with friction ring eliminates the need to use a pneumatic tool for those stubborn and rusted bolts by delivering 1,000 ft./lbs. of fastening torque and 1400 ft./lbs. of nut-busting torque. With 2X faster removal speed, users will be able to get the job done faster and be more productive throughout their day. By providing the industry’s most compact cordless high torque impact wrench at 8.39 in. L, this tool allows for more access in tight spaces. 4-Mode drive control with bolt removal mode gives users the most control over their fasteners. Bolt Removal mode gives the user more control when removing fasteners by slowing to 750 RPM once the fastener has been busted loose. This tool offers quick, tool-free socket changes with a 1/2 in. friction ring anvil. A premium rubber over mold material gives you ultimate comfort during prolonged use while lasting longer against corrosive materials. The M18 FUEL SAWZALL Reciprocating Saw cuts faster than its corded counterparts and offers up to 2X more runtime and 5X longer tool life than competitive saws. The POWERSTATE brushless motor provides cutting power that has only been associated with corded tools. I got this for working on my cars. I’ve used air impact wrenches working at my Dad’s shop for years, my own garage for working on my old cars. I decided to jump into the electric side of the impact wrenches and got this.Project 1 – remove anode in a 50 gal water heater. This anode was in the heater for 10 years. Using this impact it took me less than 10 seconds to break it free and remove avoiding stress on the tank and piping. Very impressive. Anyone needing a heavy duty high torque impact this is the real deal. I’m probably going to give up on my air compressor options and just use this from now on. The only downside I can see with this tool is the weight with the battery, it’s just under 10 pounds so it can be a bear if you had a lot of nuts to break free. For the few times you need it for a job, it shouldn’t be too much trouble.Bottom line, power, options on the base for different torque speeds, it’s a winner in my book. Technology sure has come a long way.

I used this impact wrench to change the rotors and pads on my Ford F250. I used a battery that was half charged and the tool had plenty of power. It would not fit in between thee top bold ans strut but broke the flex socket so I just used a box wrench on that.

This impact is super strong and will do most things you ask of it. 2 cons of it are that it is really bad about vibrations when you reach resistance and it starts impacting and the other is that it is heavy. Heavy is a good thing though because this thing is a tank! Buy it! you can’t go wrong with a 5 year warranty either.

This thing has a lot of power, there isn’t a way around it. It has much more torque than anything that I have used it for, whether it be removing a bucket blade on a loader, or taking off the lugs on a loader. This is not the impact that you would want to use for rotating car tire lugs, however. It is pretty heavy because of the motor and the toughness of it, and it has so much power that if you are not careful, it can break your tire assembly. If you want one that would be great for taking off tires and rotating them, I would recommend the Milwaukee M12 stubby impact wrench or the new Milwaukee M18 compact impact wrench. This is a very powerful impact wrench, it should be able to do anything you throw at it, just don’t underestimate its power!
