Wow, I don’t need to break out the air compressor anymore as this cordless M18 Fuel Impact not only handles lug nuts with ease, steering knuckles/wheel bearings using the OTC Hub Grappler or Astro Pneumatic Hub kit, lower ball joints, control arms bolts/nuts. So long air tools.

I used this impact wrench to change the rotors and pads on my Ford F250. I used a battery that was half charged and the tool had plenty of power. It would not fit in between thee top bold ans strut but broke the flex socket so I just used a box wrench on that.

Great drill stronger than you’ll ever need for car work but it’ll break any rusted bolt free and tighten lugs better than the 400ft lb 3/8 drive great tool

This thing has a lot of power, there isn’t a way around it. It has much more torque than anything that I have used it for, whether it be removing a bucket blade on a loader, or taking off the lugs on a loader. This is not the impact that you would want to use for rotating car tire lugs, however. It is pretty heavy because of the motor and the toughness of it, and it has so much power that if you are not careful, it can break your tire assembly. If you want one that would be great for taking off tires and rotating them, I would recommend the Milwaukee M12 stubby impact wrench or the new Milwaukee M18 compact impact wrench. This is a very powerful impact wrench, it should be able to do anything you throw at it, just don’t underestimate its power!

This thing is amazing. Want to bush the lugnuts off a dump truck? No problem? Want to snap the studs off of a dump truck? No problem. Milwaukee Fuel tools have pretty much made my air compressor obsolete for anything but spraying paint. TAKE MY MONEY.
