Saw will save in special gas, compressor air, and most of all electric power. Best of all being portable. No extension cords. It will be great with my new m18 6.0 battery I just bought.

I bought the cheaper version Milwaukee 5 3/8″ saw but as soon as I started it, I knew it wasn’t that good. I took it back and got this one. So far, I’ve been impressed. I’ve cut unistrut and rebar with it. Nice clean cuts with minimal filing needed. And it cuts fast, too! I use the blade it came with.

Great for cutting roofing tin

Has great power and is a nice weight. Only complaint is that it is difficult to see front of the blade when cutting up to a line.

I have used this saw at work so I knew what I was buying. It does a great job at cutting metal pan decks, Emt and wood. I own about 17 battery milwaukee tools and have had a problem with only one. The store took it back and gave me another one without any problem. At work the tools are abused by people that don’t own them so not much care is given them, with that said they hold up pretty darn good.

Saw works GREAT on metal siding! Not so good with a wood blade, doesn’t move the sawdust away very well.
