Very good grinder. Nice to use where ever you need to without having to drag a cord. The only thing is it’s hard on batteries when using the 9 inch wheels. Wire brushes, and the 7 inch wheels are not a problem. Don’t use anything under the 6 amp, or you will swap out batteries fast.

Love it, just wish it had a 7″ guard on it. I use with cutting discs and haven’t found any 9″ cutting discs.

All in all, this is an impressive addition to the M18 Fuel series. Extended cordless operation is a great advantage on the work site. Freedom from the power cord is safer and more convenient. Performance has been excellent during hot weather with a new battery pack. Cold weather is tougher on batteries. Manufacturer states that the battery pack provides increased power in extreme cold weather, a claim that I plan to test this winter. Warranty is 5 years on grinder, 3 years on battery pack. I have a solid 12hrs of use on this grinder so far and I’m impressed with it. That said it is worth it to buy at least the 6Ah batteries or pick the kit version of this up. I chew through a 6.0 in about 20-30min of use with the grinder. 5.0 10-25min haven’t tried it on anything smaller yet. The super charger is also a worthy must in the long run to keep up battery charge with usage

I liked it a lot. The only problem is that the battery keeps getting hot, and it turns off the grinder. It is best to use the12.0. I bought it to remove paint on a cement roof.
