I needed a durable job site radio. It also had to be loud enough to hear all over the site. I tried the m12 and the smaller m18 radios but they just weren’t loud enough. So I returned both of them and got this one. It’s very loud and durable. It’s well worth the money. It’s only been a few day but I can’t find an issue. Only thing I wish it had was packout attachment at the bottom. I know there is a packout radio but spending $330+tax I can’t really justify. I barely justified $185 (on sale). Milwaukee if you’re seeing this maybe put that on the next generation of this style radio. Other than that I like it. You will not be disappointed.

I actually love this thing. Sounds great and does everything I need it to do except it won’t turn on anymore. Volume knob is loose and won’t turn the radio on. Basically all I have now is a large 18v charger with a clock. Any advice on how to fix would be appreciated

This radio is definitely a job site must have! I love the fact that it can run off of a wall outlet or my Milwaukee batteries. When it’s plugged in, it charges my battery. Not to mention, it’s waterproof!!

-Radio has so-so reception. -The Bluetooth looses its connection easily and doesn’t re-establish itself.-It also forgets that it was paired before so when you switch over to BT use I have to re-pair it to my phone frequently.-I wish it charged M12 batts also. Speaker power is not bad, enough for a job site, it’s decently clear at high volume but it is distorted. -It’s cumbersome and heavy but seems to be built well. -I’m sure we will break the volume knob off very soon as it sticks out and it’s not built like a Sherman tank. -seems to last quite a while on a 5ah batt. -longer power cord please. -120v outlets please like my Bosch radio. (The Milwaukee radio sounds better and louder than the Bosch cube thing) -Top storage is too small for bigger phonesAll in all, it’s a good radio and I’d recommend it until someone brings out a better one lol.
