This is a very powerful drill! I have only had it for a few weeks now but I have mixed mortar with it without a problem. So far, the best heavy duty drill I own.

It works good but Is not enough power to go cordless

From boring a hole in a double plate to mixing a 5-gallon pail of joint compound it works better than the corded drill I retired.

I am a general contractor in the electrical field and my guys couldn’t do their jobs as efficiently with other brands of cordless tools.

I use the 1/2″ hole hawg for plumbing, works great for any hole smaller than 2 and 9/16″. Super handy for places without power and good for crawl spaces.

Works like a dream. Battery last a long time. Also the torq is impressive.

This heavy duty cordless drill leaves no prisoners. I used this to drill holes in the studs for the wiring of my pole barn and attached garage. It just walked through the studs, even double studs without losing a bit of power. I drilled about 50 holes on the first day and used half the battery. I started out pushing the drill through the studs, then borrowed a self feeder and watch out, it pulled it right through super easy. Sure beats pulling a cord around. The chuck is excellent and the key is built into the handle with a quality clip. The tool is awesome and I can see myself using this for electrical and even more so plumbing. Milwaukee built this to last.

A beast!!! One powerful tool that bores thru a 2×4 board fast on the 3 tests I ran with it. Though heavy, and requiring two hands, it is well designed, and as ergonomic a tool as you could expect given it’s size and weight.. You will get some kickback on occasion, so be prepared. Read the manual. It will give you tips on best ways to handle kickback. It comes with a removable side handle. The handle isn’t clearly mentioned on the box, but it’s there. Love the fact it has a brushless motor for longer life. I haven’t used it near enough to test battery life, but there doesn’t seem to be any slow down after 20-25 minutes of use. The two included batteries are big at 6.0 Ah, so they should last a while before needing to be replaced. The charger will work with these 18 volt batteries as well as the smaller M12 12 volt batteries. A nice contractor bag is included.

A bit too heavy for everyday use in plumbing ill definitely be buying just the cordless hole hawg also but works awesome!!

Haven’t fully tested it yet, but used with hole saws through walls, and it performed flawlessly.

Works as good as my corded Super Hawg with out the hassle of dragging a power cord around. I work a lot in remote rural areas with no electric service so now I don’t have to drag out my generator. Milwaukee tools are the best and I got a great discount at Home Depot with fast free shipping. I would definitely recommend Milwaukee tools and purchasing them from Home Depot to anyone!

Just bought this Super Hawg and it is an absolute Beast! I like the fact has two speeds and it is a very solid and well made tool for sure. However my main complaint is that I buy cordless tools for ease-of-use and mobility but this drill is way too heavy to be convenient. (12.5 pounds without the battery) When you add the high output battery it’s definitely heavier than my corded Hole Hawg. Can’t see myself lugging this up in the attic or underneath houses very easily.
