The M18 FUEL Mud Mixer with 180° handle is the industry’s first dedicated cordless solution that delivers the performance and durability to fully replace corded mixers. With the POWERSTATE Brushless motor it has the power to mix heavy compounds, such as concrete and mortar. Using our REDLINK intelligence the variable speed dial, the variable speed trigger and the lock on button combine to give the user ultimate control for a consistent mix and cleaner working environment. With the M18 REDLITHIUM battery the user can mix up to 15, 5 Gal. buckets on 5.0 Ah battery. The 180° adjustable handle is designed to allow every user to optimize the handle position for their comfort. This Milwaukee cordless solution increases productivity by eliminating the need for cords and allows the user to mix the material at the workspace where it is being applied.

I use this mud mixer for mixing drywall mud, wall texture, paint, epoxy, and more! Being able to adjust the handle sure helps with hand/wrist fatigue when using this mixer for 3-5 minutes or more. The key chuck tucks away in a handle that can be re-positioned to a more comfortable spot depending on your preferences and what you are mixing. You can’t go wrong having this tool available for use.

I have a predominately Milwaukee tool set for my handyman work. The Mud Mixer does extremely well with the high torque load of mixing up drywall mud, thinset and grout, I even use it to mix up the occasional concrete for fence posts. It’s durable, the articulating handle design is convenient and reliable, and I love using it in general. If it had a slightly higher top speed, that would be a nice option, but overall it works great for my needs.

I used to use a rigid corded mud mixer, and after I bought the Milwaukee super hawg I never used it again. Later I bought this mud mixer and there is no comparison. There inst a jerking motion you get with the rigid tool and its way easier to use than the super hawg. No contest this is the tool to use. I believe the gearing is different. It is so smooth and easy to use. The adjustable handle is amazing!!! One of my favorite features is you can lock the trigger which is so much easier on your hands.

This thing is super powerful and I can imagine it would work to mix grout or even cement. So far I have only used it for mixing 5 gallon buckets of hot mud (dry and wet) and it had no issues. My only complaint and why it didn’t get 5 stars is due to the fact that occasionally the mixer will come loose and fall out. Not a big deal but a bit larger/better chuck would be helpful.
