    The weed eater work very well in lite and heavy undergrowth . I also got the pole saw and it works fantastic on small and limbs up to 6″ . I have not tried anything larger .

    Very happy with this trimmer. Balanced well and easy to use. I bought this for my wife to use in the garden area which has a lot of ground. It trims grass and weeds with ease. We have our bigger trimmers for bigger stuff like thick brush around the farm. You can use this Milwaukee trimmer to cut thick stuff but I don’t think it was made for that. We used my 12ah battery for longer run time and power but you can use any battery. It feeds out line very smoothly with just a bump on the trim head. Reloading line with no tools is a plus. Don’t have to remove or open the trim head to reload line. Just feed line through the holes, make sure line is equal on both sides of trim head and wind the reloader by hand. We are getting the pole saw attachment this morning which is another great feature about this tool. You can swap the head to accommodate what your needs are. Built super solid! I really recommend this to anyone looking for a cordless trimmer. A lil pricey, but well worth the cost for a tool that can more than trim.

    This is an awesome trimmer! It replaces a Ryobi cordless unit which I now see was a total waste of money. I switched over to Milwaukee cordless tools a few years ago and it is awesome that alll of the tools run on the same battery packs. I must have a dozen batteries so I never run out of juice. I look forward to adding a couple of the other accessories that are available for this unit.

    I keep purchasing Milwaukee tools and every time I buy a new one I am shocked about how good it is I don’t know why because they’re all great tools but it’s funny how they keep finding ways to improve from other people’s mistakes! I love when we need her very easy to get the line out of the spool. It’s much longer than my previous weedeater which caused me to have to bend over and really hurt my back so I like the length of this one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new weedeater.
