The Milwaukee M18 FUEL String Trimmer Kit with QUIK-LOK, designed for landscape maintenance professionals, provides users with the power to clear thick brush, reaches full throttle in under 1-second and features a balanced design which increases user control. The cordless string trimmer is made up of 2 components the M18 FUEL Power Head with QUIK-LOK and QUIK-LOK String Trimmer Attachment. This M18 FUEL Power Head, part of the QUIK-LOK Attachment System, is compatible with multiple attachments such as an Edger, Articulating Hedge Trimmer and Pole Saw attachment. The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor delivers up to 6,200 RPM with up to a 16 cutting swath and gives you the power to maintain speed in demanding applications without bogging down. The Milwaukee M18/M12 Wireless Jobsite Speaker delivers the loudest and clearest sound on or off the jobsite. The premium 6 speaker design provides unmatched clarity of sound with booming bass, clear mids and sharp highs. The M18 Jobsite Fan provides the most powerful airflow and unmatched run-time in a compact size. The 0886-20 can circulate air over 40 ft. making it ideal for drying or cooling on a variety of jobsites. Not sure what some of the other reviewers are talking about when they say this thing has no bass? I think it sounds great! Definitely fills the room and don’t forget that you have equalizer settings on your phone. I didn’t have to change mine, but I fooled around with it and the different equalizers definitely make a difference!Only bad part is you can’t charge your batteries with it. Other than that, I think it’s a great product and I definitely recommend it.

The kit says it comes with a rapid charger, I got a standard charger. I like the string trimmer but the rapid charger is misleading. Will HD swap chargers? Considering returning, the standard charger takes a long time charging an 8 amp battery.

so I wanted a killer speaker for the jobsitehome. got this in 2019. literally 1st week I owned it, a coworker knocked it off of the deck we were building and into an actual 2 foot deep stream where it bounced off a rock then splashed in from 6 ft up. Coworker made that “oh no!” face and put his hands on his head. No worries! Grabbed it from where it stopped moving, dried off battery, popped it in, turned it on, connected to bluetooth- no problem. on a M12 4ah batt it runs quite loudly for over 2 days straight

Replaced a 4 cycle Craftsman gas trimmer / edger with this and it is terrific. Not going back to gas powered again. This does the job well and is a little pricey but worth it. Would be nice to have a strap included but that is available at extra cost.
