The Milwaukee M18 FUEL String Trimmer Combo Kit with QUIK-LOK, designed for landscape maintenance professionals, provides users with the power to clear thick brush, reaches full throttle in under 1 second and delivers up to 1-hour of run-time per charge. The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor delivers up to 6,200 RPM with up to a 16 cutting swath and gives you the power to maintain speed in demanding applications without bogging down. The motor is positioned in the rear of the trimmer to provide the best combination of power, balance and maneuverability. M18 FUEL QUIK-LOK Articulating Hedge Trimmer Attachment is powered by the M18 FUEL Power Head with QUIK-LOK and is compatible with the QUIK-LOK Attachment System. The attachment’s articulating mechanism allows for 270 rotation of the blade set, which gives users 13 operating positions and 1 storage position. M18 FUEL QUIK-LOK Edger Attachment is powered by the M18 FUEL Power Head with QUIK-LOK and is compatible with the QUIK-LOK Attachment System. The unit features an 8 in. blade and high strength guard for increased durability. M18 FUEL QUIK-LOK 10 in. Pole Saw Attachment is powered by the M18 FUEL Power Head and with QUIK-LOK is compatible with the QUIK-LOK Attachment System. The unit features a 10 in. Oregon bar and chain which provides users with smooth and fast cuts with minimal kickback.

The M18 Fuel power head works great with all of thr attachments. Provides great power to each attachment, and the system is easy to use. Only complaint is the attachments are tricky to attach at first, but after the first couple of uses they get easier to attach to the power head.

This is as good as my gas powered trimmer, but much easier to use since I don’t have to fill in fuel, start it up, etc. I don’t have the shoulder strap, but my yard is not that big. Highly recommend if you are on the m18 platform and you do need the HO batteries.

The kit says it comes with a rapid charger, I got a standard charger. I like the string trimmer but the rapid charger is misleading. Will HD swap chargers? Considering returning, the standard charger takes a long time charging an 8 amp battery.

Great product. Did weed eating for the whole yard, trimmed all my 30-40′ long hedge and edged one side of 30′ driveway and still had 1/2 battery left. Haven’t used the pole saw quite yet. Can’t do any hard trimming with the hedge trimmer just like most I’ve ever used. Overall I’m satisfied
