The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor provides 5,800 RPM and higher speeds under load for corded cutting performance. REDLINK PLUS intelligence ensures maximum performance and protection from overload, overheating and over discharge. The M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT HD12.0 battery delivers unmatched run-time. An electric blade break, LED work light, all magnesium guards and shoe the saw will keep users productive and provide the durability to handle the toughest jobsite conditions. This Saw is amazing it literally out performs my corded SPT77WML-22 7-1/4″ MAG Light Worm Drive Circular Saw with the 12 AMP BATTERY IN PLAY. I kid you not this saw is very accurate and nimble with attached speciality tool to change blade well positioned LED light for visibility, very smooth depth, and miter adjustments. My skil is very stiff and hard to adjust where this thing is so smooth its unreal. Plenty of power and run time.

Love it. I wasn’t sure how I would like the left hand blade but I really like it. The included 12ah battery does not make it too heavy. I also have a 5ah battery that would be good for quick cuts or cuts in odd places where the weight savings would help. I’m a DIY person so I haven’t tried to run it 9 hours continues so I can’t speak to that but for what I used it for it was fantastic.

I wasn’t sure how I would like the left hand blade, but honestly I love it. It took a second to get used to, but i really love not having the lean over the saw to make sure it was cutting where I needed it. This makes using the saw much better. The 12ah batter does make it a bit heavy, but I also have a 5ah battery so I will probably use that for quick cuts and keep the 12ah batter for when longer run times are needed.

I just bought another one. This is our go-to saw for all our work now. Plenty of power, even for rip cuts. My only complaint is that the included saw wrench is just a little too short to get good leverage on the blade bolt when it gets really tight. But that is being nit-picky.
