REDLINK PLUS intelligence ensures maximum performance and protection from overload, overheating and over discharge. The M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT HD12.0 battery delivers unmatched run-time. An electric blade break, LED work light, all magnesium guards and shoe the saw will keep users productive and provide the durability to handle the toughest jobsite conditions. Excellent saw that you can use one handed and don’t have to look over the blade. Makes framing faster with the flip out joist hanger lets it always be within reach. Was running a 6.0 high output battery on it and it has decent battery life. Handy led light comes on when you push in the trigger safety. And allows for easy view of your cut line. Some people might find it on the heavy side but compared to my old corder makita framing saw it is much lighter to handle. Every bit of though you would come to expect out of a Milwaukee product.

I’ve made some good tool purchases,(and a few bad ones) but this saw is a beast. Cuts as good or better than my corded saw. Its well balanced and I love the left facing blade so I can see what line I’m cutting to. Anyone want to buy a “Yellow” corded saw?
