This impact driver is amazing and works externally well for assembling wood. I’m a DIYer and utilize screws for building (vs nail gun) and this drill is fantastic. I used this to frame out a basement bathroom and it did wonders on securing pressure treated lumber together. I also took this drill and two batteries to the Dominican Republic for a mission trip where we built church furniture. I used this drill 8 hours a day for 5 days straight and it didn’t miss a beat (deck mates + raw lumber). It is light weight, powerful and I love the sound of the “impact.” The belt or pocket hook is a great feature.

I have decided to go all out with Milwaukee 18 V tools. Mostly brushless models. I have had excellent luck and longevity with Milwaukee. Had a 12 V drill in use for over 25 years.
