Bought this impact to change the harmonic balancer in a 2016 explorer. It removes lug nuts like nothing and removed the harmonic balancer with ease. Very powerful and came with 2 batteries and a nice case!

I have both this impact and the high power big brother. I was surprised the first time I used this impact. It hits hard and is plenty powerful for most automotive tasks. I have other brands of impacts that can not compare. With the 6.0 ah battery it lasts all day for me. The compact size is light and easily gets into areas that the big Milwaukee can’t. The 3 power levels help prevent stripped/broken bolts. One of the other brands I have shuts off when using their 5 ah battery which gets old quick. This impact just keeps going no matter what load I put on it. If I were only allowed 1 impact this would be the one would choose. The price is not high, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this impact wrench.

I bought the Ryobi first because I already have most of the tools in their system. However the 1/2 impact did not have the power that it is rated for. The Milwaukee so far has worked excellently. I love the power settings on it and the battery life is WOW. I’m still working on the first charge where the Ryobi lost power after a few bolts.

The 1/2” Mid-Torque drive impact wrench is rated at 460 ft pounds of fastening torque. I took it to a friend who had it tested. 3 pulls on the trigger until the needle stopped moving and it registered 228 pounds once and 230 pounds last 2 times. Tested with 5.0 battery.

Now if this just had One-Key with this power ratings it would be perfect. Best torque in its class but it’s lacking the premier features as the high torque. I almost pulled the tripper. All in all it appears to by quite a machine.
