Would be a 5 star and the best impact driver on the market other than the fact the collet can drop bits and Milwaukee has known this for years but has yet to correct the issue. It seems as though they are just going to wait until the next generation to adress this instead of taking care of all the loyal customers who own one and are at risk of this happening.

I use this as my every day carry with the two three amp hour high output batteries is a really solid kit with tons of power and not too much weight. Have yet to come across a screw or lag that this hasnt been able to drive well. So far only normal size stuff capping out at 6″ timberlocks which go easy as pie. Super compact in the head of the tool so it gets in to every place pretty much i can with my smaller 12v impact while having actually a bit more comfortable grip. highly recommend as its really not that much more expensive than entry level to have a top of the line tool that will last for many years. bottom line would recommend to any friend or fellow contractor.

I had my old Milwaukee impact (2650-20)That I used for 6-7 years ! It still worked but I have more updated FUEL tools that work great , and finally after long time I decided it was time to get a new fuel m18 impact . I have the m12 compact impact that works so well , but I love it so much that I didn’t want to keep abusing it with the heavy stuff I was using it for . ( even tho it works just as well ) the new m18 fuel is lightweight and heavy duty .Drives smooth and faster than any other brand . Highly highly recom
